My employer, The Portland Hotel Society, who run the safe injection site on Vancouver's Downtown East Side as well as a couple dozen hotels, recently came out with this harm reduction kit for smoking crack.  It contains all the necessary items for smoking crack cocaine safely.  This was a little shocking to me at first, mostly because it looks much too pretty for what it is.  But the 'pretty' part in reality is that it will help prevent the spread of disease.   It is like making clean needles or condoms available.
